- At 909 AM PDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
advisory area. This will cause arroyo and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ridgecrest, Rosamond, California City, Edwards AFB,
Randsburg, Inyokern, China Lake Acres, Mojave, North Edwards,
Government Peak, Boron, Laurel Mountain and Indian Wells
Canyon.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

At 1015 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 13 miles south of Corcoran to near Cuyama.
Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
