I find it deplorable that an outgoing district attorney would abuse her office and the justice system to persecute the sole dissenting vote on a marijuana law.

One yes vote clearly doesn't mean anything. Maybe it's because her vote is a challenge to the status quo. Heaven forbid she votes to represent her constituents instead of the "Boys Club" she was elected to. If the situation were reversed would we be in this situation?

Failure to report should be a campaign violation and not a criminal matter. Failure to recuse from a vote is not criminal either.
