Francis "Frank" Beadle, 91, Bakersfield, April 18. Peters Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton on April 28, beginning at 9:30 a.m., Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m., interment will take place at Shafter Memorial Park at 11:15 a.m.
