A woman and four children were injured Saturday when a vehicle hit her car after the driver reportedly failed to stop at a red light, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
Officers went to East Truxtun and Beale avenues and arrested William Duncan, 30, of Coring, BPD reported, adding in a news release he was driving a stolen vehicle and had about 2 pounds of methamphetamine.
