A man who police said stole from a local Rite Aid roughly 20 times was arrested Tuesday, according to a news release issued Wednesday.Â
A Bakersfield Police Department detective was watching Gary Crenshaw at a Rite Aid, 8000 White Lane, reportedly stealing from the store, a BPD news release said. The detective tried to arrest Crenshaw when he evaded police on a high-speed chase, the news release added.Â
