The coroner's office has identified the man who was shot in the neck and killed Dec. 4 in the alley behind the 1000 block of North Chester Avenue in Bakersfield.
Raul Francisco Nunez, 33, died at the scene at 9:06 p.m., according to a coroner's report. His death is a homicide.
