An Arvin man died Thursday evening after colliding head-on with a Peterbilt truck on Bear Mountain Boulevard.
Diego Armando Ramirez, 27, was driving west, approaching Joshua Goreham in the giant semitruck that was heading east. For unknown reasons, Ramirez made an “unsafe turn to the left” and directly into Goreham’s path, the California Highway Patrol said Friday in a news release.
