A 24-year-old man who collided into a semitruck in Lost Hills and died was identified by the Kern County coroner’s office.
Kade Reed Pascal of Carmichael died at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 5, north of Twisselman Road. Pascal rear-ended the truck, the coroner’s office said.
