Garces Memorial High hosted special education students at the annual Special People Play Day on Friday. Students from Kern County Superintendent's Office and the Bakersfield City School District attended the event from 8 to 11:30 a.m. The students were paired up with Garces High students for an eventful morning. 

The event was filled with activities such as face painting, games, and petting zoo and pony rides from Giddy Up Ranch.
