Sculptor Benjamin Victor has artwork all over the world, but it is three statues in Washington D.C. that have cemented the Bakersfield native's place in history.

Next month, Victor's sculpture of Chief Standing Bear will go on display at the National Statuary Hall in the country's capitol. Getting one statue there would be an honor for any artist, but this will be the third Victor has there, making him the only living person with that distinction.
