Jelly Roll, who went from rapping to become a country hitmaker, will bring his Backroad Baptism Tour to Mechanics Bank Arena on Sept. 15.
The multi-genre artist is coming off a record year with his first No. 1 on country radio with his debut country single "Son Of A Sinner."
Opening the local show will be Three 6 Mafia, Struggle Jennings and Josh Adam Myers.
Doors open at 6 p.m., show is at 7 p.m. Sept. 15 at the arena, 1001 Truxtun Ave.
Tickets, ranging from $20 to $587, are on sale now at AXS.com.
VIP packages are also available including the Jelly Roll Hot Seat ($282); Bad Apple Lounge Experience ($532), with a limited-edition tour poster and access to the VIP Lounge, hosted by DJ Chill, Jelly Roll’s official DJ, with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, cash bar (two drinks included) and photo booth; and Bad Apple Crew Experience ($587) that includes all of the above and access to view Jelly Roll’s show on the side of the stage for his set, a guided backstage tour, group photo backstage and a parking space.
All VIP packages include premium seating, exclusive Jelly Roll gift item and laminate, photo op, chance to shop for tour merchandise before the public, and a dedicated entrance and on-site VIP team.
