You might want to think before you miss this upcoming concert: Carrie Underwood is returning to the Rabobank Arena next year.
Fans will have to wait until May 18 to see the country star's return to Bakersfield, part of "The Cry Pretty Tour 360," but they won't want to put off buying tickets when they go on sale 10 a.m. Aug. 17.
Tickets range from $46 to $96, plus fees, and can be purchased by phone at 888-929-7849, online at AXS.com or at the Rabobank Arena Box Office.
If seeing Underwood perform isn't enough, a limited number of VIP packages will go on sale on Monday, ahead of the official sale date. Those include a premium selection of tickets, meet and greet, autographed memorabilia, custom merchandise and more.
Citi cardholders will have early access to presale tickets starting noon Monday and ending 10 p.m. Aug. 16 before tickets go on sale to everyone else. Go to citiprivatepass.com for more information on presale.
Underwood will tour in support of her new album, "Cry Pretty," which drops on Sept. 14. It's her first album on Capitol Records Nashville and the first one she has co-produced.
The 360 in the tour's name comes from the unique, 360-degree stage, which lets fans see the stage no matter where their seats are.
Joining Underwood on tour will be Maddie & Tae and Runaway June. Country fans might know the former group from their hit, "Girl in a Country Song," while the latter group is being hailed as the "Dixie Chicks for a new generation."
For each ticket sold, $1 will go to Danita's Children, a nonprofit helping abandoned and vulnerable children in Haiti and encouraging families through education and malnutrition programs.
