The California Living Museum will hold its 34th Birthday Bash 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 13 with kids 12 and younger getting in for free with a paying adult.

All day long, CALM’s animal keepers will give wildlife presentations and docents will walk the grounds with the zoo’s "ambassador animals," according to a news release. Nature-related and other civic organizations will offer information and giveaways.

At noon, Steve Martin’s Working Wildlife (featuring Jeff Lee) will show off animals from around the world.

Attendees can also see the zoo's new California Condors in the raptor round and its California Coast Room, which features moon jellies and a touch tank.

CALM's 32-foot Condor Challenge climbing tower will be open for free climbing. For $1, attendees can hop on CALM's train; there will also be food and drink booths.
