Crawfish and sausage seasoned and served with corn on the cob and potato is served in a plastic bag at Captain Crawfish Cajun Seafood. Guests are encouraged to spread the contents of the bag on their table that is covered with a thick butcher paper. After the mess is made and guests leave full, staffers wad up the paper and throw it out.
