PHOENIX — Cal State Bakersfield’s Nathan Green shot a 6-over-par 219 over three rounds to finish as the Roadrunners’ lowest scorer at the Grand Canyon Invitational golf tournament that ended Saturday.

Green tied for 42nd out of 97 competitors.

Dominick Hoover had CSUB’s second-lowest score (224), Warren Miller was third (225), Izzy Ibrahim had a 234 and Gary Cai shot 239. As a team, CSUB shot 898 to finish 14th out of 14 teams.

CSUB has a month until its next meet, at the Cal Poly Shootout on April 17-18 in Arroyo Grande.
