DALLAS — SMU used a strong fourth quarter to pull away from the Cal State Bakersfield women's basketball team down the stretch at Moody Coliseum to win 41-29. SMU didn’t allow the Roadrunners to score over the final 7:23 of the contest and gave up just three fourth quarter points in total.

The Runners were held to their lowest point total of the season and just 10 made field goals. CSUB managed to shoot just 19 percent from the field. Aja Williams had 12 points and seven rebounds.
