Andrew Carroll tribute

Carroll played with the Condors during the 2013-14 season, and helped lead the team on a deep playoff run.

The Condors paid tribute to former player Andrew Carroll with a minute-long tribute video and a moment of silence before the start of Friday night’s game against San Diego.

Carroll, who played for the then-ECHL Condors in 2013-14, was a key factor in the team reaching the playoffs and going to the Western Conference finals.

A fan favorite, Carroll had 16 points and 118 penalty minutes in 50 regular-season games and eight points in 16 playoff games.

Carroll, 32, died Monday in Chicago after jumping from an upper level roadway at O’Hare International Airport on Saturday.
