The Texas Stars beat the Condors 3-2 in overtime on Friday night in Cedar Park, Texas.

Sheldon Dries got the game winner, banging in his own rebound with a minute left in the extra frame. The Condors are now 0-3 in overtime games.

Bakersfield (9-10-3-0) opened the scoring 3:40 into the first as Brad Malone extended his point streak to seven games with his fifth goal of the season.

Texas tied the game at 8:42 of the first when Jason Dickinson scored and took a 2-1 lead midway though the second on a Denis Gurianov goal.

The Condors tied the game 1:40 into the second as Iiro Pakarinen scored his third goal in as many games.

Bakersfield was 0-6 on the power play and killed all four Texas power plays.

Eddie Pasquale (4-5-2) stopped 25 shots in the loss.

The Condors wind up a three-game Texas road swing against San Antonio Saturday at 5 p.m. Bakersfield started the trip with a 5-1 victory over San Antonio on Tuesday.
