Shoe now on other foot

Congressman Kevin McCarthy is whining that the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives is asking for votes on bills that are not being fully evaluated or discussed.

I seem to recall that when the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives were all controlled by Congressman McCarthy's buddies, the hue and cry was often heard for an up or down vote on proposed legislation, and if you filibuster we will drop an atom bomb on you.

So how does it feel now, Congressman?
