I don't know why all these people are constantly complaining about the bike path. Listen, a bike path is just like it says, a bike path. Not a walking path, dog path, jogging path, etc.
If the morons want to stroll, they should join the Mall Walkers and use the mall. Or better yet, just go to a park. Bakersfield is loaded with nice parks.
Stay off the bike path and get a life, for crying out loud.
