Another ludicrous idea

Thank goodness state Sen. Dean Florez is termed out. His latest bill requires that animal abusers register with the police.

This proposal in ludicrous. It is clear he is in the pocket of The Humane Society of the United States. It is also clear that the "advocates" he is talking about represent the same organization.

This goes hand in hand with his previous HSUS-funded proposal for draconian measures for "animal control." I would like to know just how much money HSUS has given to Florez.
