Don't ban freedom

Fireworks have been a long-standing tradition. Some people think they should be banned altogether because there are idiots out there in the world doing terrible acts with fireworks.

Why should everyone else be punished for their wrongdoings? Why is it that law-abiding citizens are the ones who are made out to be the bad guys and the ones who are punished unfairly? Where is the justice in that?

Is banning really the best answer to everything that happens in this world? If we were to ban everything that the idiots have ruined, then we all should just be put into a box and separate ourselves from life.

Doing idiotic things is a part of life. We have all done one or more in our lives -- it is how lessons are learned.

Freedom is a precious thing and it seems we are losing it more and more with each passing day. When I listen to politicians on the news, I can't help but to think of all the idiots running our country into the ground. I don't care if you are left or right. What should matter in the world today is what is wrong and right, and lately it's been more wrong than right.

People, it's time to wake up and realize that we are losing our freedom. It's time to make a stand, to come together.
