When the Robert Mueller investigation began, both sides of the isle were in agreement that Mueller is smart, fair and would work tirelessly to uncover the truth, whatever it might be. Remember, Mueller is a Republican, chosen by Republican Rod Rosenstein, who had been chosen by (Attorney General) Jeff Sessions, also a Republican.

Now that the investigation seems to be zeroing in on Trump and his family, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and the like, plus a few other Republicans, are bellowing that the investigation is biased and needs to be squelched.

Is it getting too hot in the West Wing? Does Trump think he’ll have to testify and/or release his tax returns? Why is he so afraid to come clean or release any financial information? Will Don Jr. or Jared Kushner have to take the fall? Maybe Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Papadopoulos or Page? Who knows?

Or is the bluster at Fox News an effort to discredit Mueller and his team if and when findings implicating Trump are released? What if the evidence proves him innocent? Or, have Hannity and Limbaugh already come to the conclusion that time is running out for their unpopular and immature leader?

Any charges or accusations against anyone named must be substantiated and proven. Most Democrat and Republican folks I know say let the chips fall where they may. I agree. Let's find out either way. We deserve to know the answers to these questions.
