I am always amazed how religious folks cherry-pick Biblical verses to fit their “beliefs." By not abiding by the God’s word that a damsel be virgin upon being given to a man, Ms. Miller is abetting Evil and thus not favorable in God’s eyes.

Deuteronomy 14-21 is clear on what should be done with a damsel who has been given to a man who is found not to be a virgin:

Deuteronomy 20-21 “…and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel (the father would ascertain this — see Deuteronomy 14-19), then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die, so shalt thou put evil away among you.” In other words, no wedding cake for her ... to the city’s center court for stoning, by the men folk, no less!

By the way, there are other nifty God’s laws that we do not abide by; just read all of Deuteronomy to find out. Oh, that’s right, that is the Old Testament and no longer applies. God got it incorrect the first time and he gave us the New Testament. Silly me.
