Regarding the writer of the March 6 letter ("Golden State isn’t as bad as you think"): Basically you (or anyone) can manipulate data. So I will just point out the obvious: “California is No. 1 in business environment.” Huh? What were the variables for this category?
I know at least two people who have been in human resources for more than 30 years. Sorry, but the state of California laws are horrible and worse than any other state for business owners. And add to that the number of businesses leaving California and you have a terrible situation.
So you can choose your data to support your feelings, and I will use my data to support my thoughts.
