Jam setting roster for training camp

Three returning players -- Brian Butch, Anthony Harris and Adam Koch -- will be among seven who will attend the Bakersfield Jam's training camp beginning next week.
They will be joined by four players from the team's recen open tryout: Ronnie Aguilar, Damian Johnson, Juan Pattillo and Adrian Thomas.
The team will complete its training camp roster during today's NBA Development League Draft. Bakersfield will make 10 selections, including the sixth, eighth, and 13th picks.
Brian Butch, a 6-foot-11, 240-pound center out of Wisconsin, returns to Bakersfield after sitting out last season due to a leg injury he suffered at the 2010 NBA Summer League.
He recently helped the USA men's basketball team earn a bronze medal in the Pan American Games Team.
Butch was the 2010 NBA D-League All-Star MVP and Impact Player of the Year, and also was called up to the Denver Nuggets.
He appeared in 39 games, 38 starts, for Bakersfield in the 2009-10 season, averaging 17.7 points, 11.9 rebounds. He played collegiately for Wisconsin.
Harris, a point guard out of Miami, split the 2010-11 D-League season between the Sioux Falls Skyforce and Utah Flash, averaging 11.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.
Koch (6-8, 225), a forward out of Northern Iowa, averaging 6.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 22 games last year for the Jam.
Others invited to the Jam camp are: Ronnie Aguilar, a 7-foot- center out of Colorado State; Damian Johnson, a 6-7 guard/forward from Minnesota; Juan Pattillo (6-6 forward, Western Kentucky); and Adrian Thomas, 6-7 guard/forward, Miami).
