Local report: Taft College women rout Southwestern

TAFT -- Summer Webb had 26 points to lead the Taft College women's basketball team to a 76-60 non-conference victory Wednesday over Southwestern College of San Diego.
LaVera Robertson added 12 points and nine rebounds, Demmi Nunn scored 14 points, and Katrina Huggins had 10 rebounds for Taft (5-4).
Southwest dropped to 0-6.
Jam re-acquires7-foot center Aguilar
The Bakersfield Jam has re-acquired 7-foot-1, 244-pound center Ronnie Aguilar.
Aguilar earned a training camp invitation from the Jam after a local tryout. He played for Colorado State, averaging 3.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks in 27 games his final season.
NBA D-League teams are permitted to carry a maximum of 12 players until one week after the commencement of NBA training camps, at which point they will be required to return to no more than 10 NBA D-League players.
The current roster has 11 players.
