People gathered at 5 a.m. Thanksgiving Day in Hart Park. They placed baked goods on tables and began making coffee. Now, it was time to run, eat dessert for breakfast and remember one of the founders of the Pie Run, a Bakersfield Thanksgiving tradition for the past 30-something years.
