Police arrested one man and have obtained an arrest warrant for a second in the fatal shooting of a man Friday near Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in Bakersfield. 

Anthony Michael Gage, 21, and Trevon Lee Foreman, 22, are accused of killing Ruben Antonio Garcia, 26, according to police and the coroner's office. 

Police said witnesses reported three men occupying a light-colored sedan were driving eastbound in the 1200 block of East 10th Street when the right front passenger fired multiple shots from the vehicle, striking three people in a front yard. Garcia 

Ruben Antonio Garcia was one of those wounded in the 4:36 p.m. shooting, and was pronounced dead shortly afterward at Kern Medical Center, according to the coroner's office. 

Police arrested Gage on Sunday at a residence in the 1400 block of Calcutta Drive and booked him on suspicion of murder, among other crimes. 

Foreman remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
