Bakersfield College made a final push to enroll students for the fall semester Tuesday during a "Registration Rocks" event on campus.

Scores of students lined up in the library as advisors directed them to computers to register for courses, and some student ambassadors pitched in to help students-to-be who needed assistance.

The event offered express one-day enrollment, financial aid, a campus tour, counseling, prizes and free food.

Tuesday was the last day for students to sign up for classes at Bakersfield College.
