The Hanley Investment Group has completed the sale of a 7-Eleven property in Bakersfield for $2,835,000.

The 3,000-square-foot building, built in 1997 at 5203 Olive Drive, was sold to a private investor from Clovis, according to a news release from Monaghan Communications. The sale guarantees the store and gas station with a new 10-year extension.

"7-Eleven has operated out of this location for over 20 years and recently elected to extend their lease prior to the lease expiration, which speaks to the success of the store and the strength of the location," Jeremy McChesney, Hanley's executive vice president, said in the release.
