Editorial Page Editor Robert Price is the host on "Californian Radio" Tuesday.
He'll discuss PG&E's plans to raze the long-dormant power plant at the corner of Coffee and Rosedale by March 2013.
The plan raises questions:
Is that date realistic? What about soil contamination? What sort of development can realistically go there in its place?
Bakersfield City Councilman David Couch, who has been pushing to see this facility eradicated for years, almost since his first year in office in 1998, will join Price on the show.
