A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the homicide at the Fox Theater on Sunday.

The Bakersfield Police Department said that on Tuesday, 33-year-old Jesse Reyes was located at a residence in the 500 block of Niles Street. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail on suspicion of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and participation in a criminal street gang.

The arrest comes after police arrested 32-year-old Efrain Ugues on Monday in the 2900 block of Lake Street.

Both are suspected to have been involved in a fight outside the Fox Theater on H Street at around 10:54 p.m. that led to a man being stabbed to death. The involved parties had just attended a Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony concert at the theater.
