Police issued 92 citations as a result of a week-long pedestrian safety operation.

Sixteen motorists were cited, police said, as well as 68 pedestrians and eight bicyclists. The operation lasted from Jan. 20-27.

During the operation, routine traffic patrols focused on trouble areas while other officers cracked down on pedestrians and drivers violating traffic laws.
