One suspect has been arrested and another identified in a case of kidnapping and attempted robbery where a gun was held against the victim, according to sheriff's officials. 

The incident, which occurred Jan. 24, involved at least three suspects who lured the victim to a location in Bakersfield then kidnapped and tried to rob the person, sheriff's officials said. One suspect, Miguel Gutierrez, 18, has been arrested.

A second suspect has been identified as 20-year-old Stephanie Quiroz, according to the Sheriff's Office. She's described as Hispanic, 5 foot 4, 130 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. 

Quiroz is wanted on suspicion of kidnapping, robbery, participating in a criminal street gang and conspiracy.  

Anyone with information about this investigation or the whereabouts of Quiroz is asked to call the Kern County Sheriff's Office at 861-3110 or Secret Witness at 322-4040.
