A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of murder in Friday's shooting at a Lamont gas station, and two other suspects remain at large, sheriff's officials said Monday.

Darnell James Hammond was booked on Friday afternoon in connection with the shooting and robbery at the Quality Gas Station, sheriff's officials said. He's being held without bail.

Detectives are searching for two other suspects, described only as black males, as well as the suspect vehicle, described as a brown 1992-94 possible Nissan Sentra four-door.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 861-3110 or Secret Witness at 322-4040.
