The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whomever was responsible for the murder of one of its employees in Tehachapi.

Robert Limon, 38, of Helendale, was found Sunday at an industrial complex in the 1500 block of Goodrick Drive in Tehachapi in a building occupied by BNSF.

Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies determined he'd been assaulted by one or more suspects. The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the upper body.

Limon had last been seen by coworkers after leaving the field to return to the BNSF building.

The sheriff's office is releasing video surveillance captured in the area during the time when Limon was killed.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to called Detective Randall Meyer at 391-7662.
