Condors goaltender Nick Ellis makes one of his 32 saves on Friday night as the Condors beat Ontario 2-0 in Ontario. 


Nick Ellis stopped all 32 shots he faced as the Condors beat the Ontario Reign 2-0 on Friday night in Ontario.

It was the second career shutout for Ellis, who is 1-1 on the season.

Chad Butcher scored his first professional goal 11:19 into the first period and Joe Gambardella scored his first goal of the season 13:37 into the second.

Ellis faced the most shots in the opening period —17 — and saw just 15 the rest of the way as the Condors evened their record at 2-2. Ontario is 0-4

The two team meet again on Saturday night.
