Police found Brandie Nye at 12:52 a.m. Monday at the mouth of the canyon on Highway 178, officers reported.
She was taken by ambulance to Kern Medical Center where she was listed in stable condition.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 327-7111.
Nye was arrested March 3 in connection with a home invasion robbery of a 61-year-old man in the 1400 block of White Lane.
She had been staying with the man for two days. She woke the victim early in the morning March 3 and told him there were people in the house who wanted to talk to him.
Two men, later identified as Emil Alvary, 24, and Alfredo Palacious, 25, stole money from the victim and made it appear as if they were abducting Nye, police reported.
But the two men and Nye were found at the Starlighter Motel, 900 Union Ave., and they all were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy, burglary, robbery, narcotics and gang charges.
Court hearings are scheduled April 16 and 17 in the case. The men have a $500,000 bail. Nye had a bail of $250,000 but on March 18 she was granted a release from jail on her promise to appear at future court hearings, the court records say.
She was charged only with accessory and possession of a controlled substance, court records say.
