The 10th Annual Bakersfield Pride festival took place Saturday at Stramler Park.

Organizers of the event expected 1,000 to 1,200 people to attend.

Money raised from the festival goes to Bakersfield LGBTQ to support the group's mission of providing advocacy, education and support for members of the LGBTQ community.
