The 6-week Peak Performance Speed, Strength & Power (SSP) Camp is coming to an on July 12th. The SSP Junior Camp had athletes ranging from 7-12 years old. These kids put so much effort, sweat and energy into improving their speed, agility, and strength.
Using speed ladders, hurdles, rings and giant rubber bands, they've gotten much quicker, stronger and improved their core strength while enjoying becoming a healthier person.
Many of them play on club baseball, soccer and volleyball teams and we can't wait to see how their seasons shape up with this summer training! Congratulations on completing the 6-week SSP Camp!
