Philippine Weekend Invitational in Delano, July 26-28. Trophies will be awarded for first and second. There are several divisions available to participate in: Heritage (6-feet-2 and under, Filipino Descent), open class, high school varsity boys; and high school varsity girls. Team Revolution, a spring select 10U boys team representing AYSO 359, concluded their spring select season with an overall record of 32-0. The boys recently participated in the Fox and The Hare Soccer Tournament in Lakewood, May 4-5, finishing undefeated. Team Revolution beat Downey in the semifinals, 3-2 in overtime, and then defeated Santa Monica 2-1 in the Championship. The Revolution players are Kenneth Shamblin, Will Gray, Fletcher Bank, Cody Sherman, Kevin McEwen, Logan Kennedy, Ayden Gonzales, Palmer Bank and coaches Carolyn Sherman and Adela Gonzales.
