The Bakersfield Dragons Squirts were on the road Saturday, October 14th, to face the Eagles of Ontario. The Dragons came out on top, winning 4-3.

The Dragons got on the board first with a goal from Matthew Perri. The Eagles struck back with two in a row to take the lead until Tyler Smith, a first-year Squirt, got the equalizer late in the second.

“I felt really good that I scored a goal!” Smith said of his second tally of the season.

Smith’s goal was followed by two more from Perri, who has scored 12 goals in the Dragons’ first three games.
