My favorite day is in the evening at karaoke, where I solo quick-step dance. I'm not a vocalist, but take my rotation turn to quick-step to my own CDs of an artist of my choice.
I also solo dance to the vocalists' songs. I mostly dance solo, as I tend to try to lead! I hear the music differently than do others. My son says, "That's understandable!"
In order to slide easily, I wear smooth-soled Indian moccasins.
Other than Taft locations, I've been with friends to the Crystal Palace, Muggs, Trout's and Don Perico.
In addition to my very own amused family, I've acquired a multitude of pseudo daughters, sons, granddaughters and grandsons. They are all so wonderful, and I receive many hugs and kisses on my cheek!
Being a senior lady, I'm acquiring lots of young friends, so there will be someone left to attend my funeral! Not to worry — I'm as right as "Georgia Rain," "Purple Rain" and "Kentucky Rain."
In fact, "Take a Chance on Me," the "Dancing Queen," and "Lay All Your Love On Me." "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet," "Mamma Mia!"
