Timed with the major superhero release of "Justice League," Reading Cinemas Valley Plaza with IMAX will also supersize its menu. On Friday, it will launch an expanded menu with dozens of new items designed by veteran Food Network Chef Santos Loo.

The theater is already offering a creative twist on classic concessions with a variety of candies, fresh-popped popcorn, caramel corn and pretzels, including jalapeño cheese or caramel stuffed. In addition, the new lineup features gourmet sandwiches and side dishes such as a classic burger or crispy ranch chicken sandwich with buttermilk ranch dressing, both served on a toasted brioche bun; beer battered onion rings served with a choice of Chef Loo’s handmade dipping sauces (chipotle mayo, red chile crema, buttermilk ranch or lime sour cream); loaded baked potato fries smothered with cheese sauce; street-style tacos (carnitas, chicken or house-made chorizo); and pizzas (classic cheese, pepperoni or chopped bacon)

Smaller snacks are also available including house-made Mexican cheese and chorizo quesadillas, seasoned chicken taquitos, sea salt fries, gourmet green bean fries, both with a choice of dipping sauce, as well as street fries.

New sweet treats include fresh-baked cookies, butter pecan ice cream and vanilla cream churros, dusted with cinnamon and sugar.

Reading Cinemas Valley Plaza is located at 2000 Wible Road. Additional information can be found at www.ReadingCinemasUS.com/ValleyPlaza, or on Facebook @ReadingCinemasVP16 and Twitter and Instagram.
