In class one many amazing facts about the gut and different ways to begin the healing process were discussed. Some voiced how important stress is and plays a role in digestive distress.
The second class will go deeper into stress, cortisol’s effect, and how we can support regularity, gain happiness, fit into clothes better, and be more healthy through bio-individual stress-management techniques. There will also be a discussion on the theory of food combinations and foods that help promote gut flora, as well as diminishing types. Handouts and recipes on these foods will be provided.
One of six informative lecture series, Meagan will introduce you to gut facts, inform you about foods that promote gut health, and educate you on other aspects of your life that will encourage a healthy gut and a happier life. It is encouraged to attend all, but if you missed one, you may still attend and gain health!
There will be limited seating. Farm fresh snacks will be available from a local organic farm, Broadfork Acres.
