Tai Chi is the Chinese Internal Art that invites each participant to gently express meditative movement while experiencing a calm and soothing state of relaxation.
With continued practice and guidance by the facilitator, circular and sequential moves invite all participants seated or standing to engage their mental focus and obtain an overall soothing state of well-being.
Many participants improve circulation, balance and increased mental and physical strength of the nervous system which encourages and provides a foundation of inner strength and flexibility of mind and body. Feel free to wear loose clothing that allows your joints to bend comfortably and flat shoe, such as sneakers. Workshop is facilitated by Debra Dunn-Yonke.
A materials donation of $5 would be appreciated but is not required. For your privacy, you may place whatever you can donate in our donation box.
