Learn how to address brilliant ideas, how to gather research to back it up, and how to create a solid plan of action. Join in on Saturday, November 11th, and debunk the myths of community change, collaboration and collective impact. 

Della Hodson, President and CEO of United Way of Kern County, has led her organization through years of evolution, from an organization focused on raising and distributing funding, to becoming a backbone and leader in community change, and she has the scars to prove it.  

Enjoy a spirited conversation around the hot topic of change. The general breakfast meeting begins at 8:15 a.m. located at Hodel's, on 5917 Knudsen Drive. Reservations are required. Please make a reservation before noon on Thursday, November 9th. Breakfast is $15.
