Kern County will hold primary elections for county board of supervisors, county assessor-recorder, county auditor-controller-county clerk, district attorney, county sheriff-coroner-public administrator, county treasurer-tax collector, county superintendent of schools, and superior court judges on June 5, 2018.

If no candidate receives a majority of votes in the primary election for a specific seat, the top two vote-getters will advance to a general election on November 6, 2018.

Meetings are free and begin at 9 a.m. Breakfast will be available at Hodel's, at 8 a.m. for $20 per person.
