Scott Garrison, former president of Bakersfield’s Lightspeed Systems, has been named director of business development at Stria, a nationwide document management services company.
In his new position, Garrison is to be responsible for building a sales organization that includes a direct sales team and a national channel partner program.
In 1991, he co-founded ACN Communications, later acquired by Arrival Communication.
Garrison earned a business degree at Cal State Bakersfield and is past chairman of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Bakersfield Active 20-30 Club and past vice president of the Bakersfield Police Activities League.
He is an active member of the CSUB Council of 100 and of the San Joaquin Valley chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
